Can I mix sizes in my order? Yes. Most custom orders can include a variety of sizes while still qualifying for quantity pricing, provided the garments and design remain the same.
What is the minimum order quantity? There is no minimum order quantity. We can produce single-item orders, small batches, and larger group orders. Pricing may vary based on quantity and production requirements.
How long does production take? Production timelines vary based on project size, artwork approval, garment availability, and production method. Estimated turnaround times will be provided during the quoting process.
Will I see a proof before you print? Yes. A digital proof is provided for approval before production begins. No printing starts until artwork and project details have been approved.
What if I need my order rushed? Rush production may be available depending on scheduling and material availability. Additional rush fees may apply. Contact us as early as possible to discuss your deadline.
Do you offer local pickup? Yes. Local pickup may be available for qualifying orders. Pickup details will be provided when your order is ready.
What file types do you accept? We accept most common design formats including PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD files. If you're unsure whether your file will work, send it to us and we'll review it for you.
Do you offer design services? Yes. StudioBySix offers graphic design services for apparel, merchandise, events, branding projects, and custom artwork. We can work from existing concepts or help develop an idea from the ground up.
What is your return policy? Because many products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order due to a production error or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue. POD Orders return policy is the policy of the third party vendor.
